Three layers that stay separate in the can and mix on the first sip.

Sized for one 330mL clear PET can, with ice filling the rest. A starting point to dial in to your bar.

Mont Blanc in a clear Candin PET can

You need

  • Ice, to fill
  • 100mL coconut water
  • 50mL cold brew concentrate or double espresso
  • 50mL vanilla cold foam

Method

  1. Fill the can with ice and pour in the coconut water.
  2. Add the cold brew concentrate.
  3. Float the vanilla cold foam on top.
  4. Seal without stirring so the layers hold.
