Taro Coconut Milk Tea

Earthy, sweet and a colour nobody else on the strip is pouring.

Sized for one 500mL clear PET can, with ice filling the rest. A starting point to dial in to your bar.

You need

  • Sweetened instant taro milk tea powder, per the packet
  • 60mL hot water
  • 120mL coconut milk
  • 120mL milk
  • Ice, to fill

Method

  1. Whisk the taro powder into the hot water until smooth, then cool it.
  2. Pour the taro base into the can.
  3. Fill with ice, then add the coconut milk and milk.
  4. Seal.
